A few days ago British Columbia decided to strike because the argument between BCPSEA and the government. What I am saying may be a little bit biased but is true information.
The government has taken away items from teachers' contracts illegally and won't put them back in when a judge has told them to.
So that leads to the teachers striking which is a 5 day period where every district takes a day off of school within a week. (different districts at different times)
It seems like the government nor BCPSEA is giving in so there could be more strikes later on in the year.
